Our Story & Foundation
“Spark Faith. Build the Future.” — Equipping the next generation of creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders to stand firm in character and thrive in the age of artificial intelligence.
Our Mission
FIF Ignite equips young people with the faith, character, and technology, business, and AI skills to lead their families and communities into the future.
Our Vision
A community where every young person, regardless of zip code, can build with technology, start a business, and stand on a foundation of faith and integrity.
From a 2013 Vision to the AI Frontier
FIF Ignite grows out of the Foundation In Faith Youth Organization vision first written by Quinton Lucky in 2013. It began with an uncompromising conviction: that inner-city youth deserve a transformative finishing school built on three non-negotiable pillars: God, education, and love.
Over the last decade, as software transformed society and artificial intelligence emerged as the defining economic force of our era, the mission became clearer and more urgent. Too many children from inner-city and working-class backgrounds are positioned only as consumers of algorithms designed by others—often left behind by schools lacking modern computer science programs.
FIF Ignite bridges that gap. We combine timeless spiritual grounding with cutting-edge technical instruction: robotics for 1st graders, Scratch and machine learning for 3rd graders, personal MacBook grants for 5th graders, Python and micro-business for middle schoolers, and AI product incubation and venture pitching for high school teens.
“Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.”— Proverbs 22:6
“Because I rescued the poor who cried for help, and the fatherless who had none to assist them.”— Job 29:12
“As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.”— James 2:26
Inclusivity Commitment
Technology, AI, and business instruction at FIF Ignite is open to every young person regardless of faith background. Character and ethics are taught universally.

Start Early, Stay Long
A 12-year developmental runway from 1st grade through 12th grade to build deep technical resilience and lasting moral character.
Lift Those With No One to Help
Inspired by Job 29:12, prioritizing underserved youth and inner-city families with sliding-scale access and full MacBook grants.
Builders, Not Just Users
Teaching kids to move from passive consumers of games and social feeds into active architects of code, systems, and algorithms.
Excellence and Dignity
Every child carries inherent, God-given genius and deserves rigorous instruction, high expectations, and professional mentorship.
Responsible Innovation
Training the next generation of AI pioneers to question biases, protect privacy, and build technology that elevates humanity.
